Commitment to Safety

People are our most valuable asset and their personal safety is a great responsibility that Push, Inc. takes very seriously. Our commitment to safety is considered unparalleled in our industry. We believe it is critical to manage this aspect of our business in an aggressive proactive manner. This translates into solving problems before they occur.

At Push, Inc., we believe in providing a worksite environment free from health and safety hazards. This is a belief pertaining not only to our employees, but all those involved in our projects. Whether you're a customer, engineer, inspector, landowner, or visitor, your safety is always first in our mind.

Push, Inc. continuously strives to improve its efforts in the development and implementation of safety policies by instituting only "working policies". Working policies are derived through a combined effort of our standing safety committee, our retained safety consultant, and through our affiliation with PCCA (Power, Communication Construction Association}, and the Texas A&M University Engineering Extension Service. It is through these resources that O.S.H.A. , N.I.O.S.H., and Federal and Local guidelines are reviewed and implemented as part of standing safety policies and training programs.

Our program reaffirms our policies and beliefs through a continuous and ongoing training program, consisting of regularly scheduled company wide safety meetings, weekly job site safety meetings and daily job safety briefings. Push Inc. requires its subcontractors, inspectors and all regular job site visitors to attend our weekly job site meetings, thereby heightening the awareness, and instilling a sense of urgency in the importance of job site safety.

Working together as a team will result in a safer working environment for our employees and will avoid painful and costly injuries. For your safety and for the safety of those you work with, I ask you to follow the guidelines outlined in the Construction Employee Safety Manual. We believe that cooperation is better than enforcement.

Ultimately, Push, Inc. believes in our employees, customers, and all others involved in our projects. Therefore, as the industry changes, we will strive to change faster and sooner than others. We will monitor the changes in the safety environment and will update our programs as necessary to provide you with a safe and healthy worksite.
